(February 28, 2023) - "It's still giving hope," said 15-time Grammy winning Cece Winans-Love about her Grammy and 2-time GMA Dove Award winning "Believe For It" (Puresprings Gospel/Fair Trade) live album that is still popular and thriving after two years since its March 12, 2021 release. "It's growing. It was the #1 Gospel song on Billboard....it is continuing to grow."

CeCe recently announced a second-leg of her "Believe For It" Tour launching March 9, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida. She told me when the album was initially released that she wanted to give us hope post-Covid pandemic. Not only did the project give hope to us but her message of hope was given free during live performances on social media and other virtual platforms to ensure we received the Word.

"It's God's Word," Cece acknowledged when we talked. "The first half (of the tour) was such a blessing to me. People were ready to worship. Every night was spectacular because of the people."

The "Believe for It" single reached #1 on Billboard's Gospel Songs and Gospel Airplay Charts. It was written by Winans-Love, Dwan Hill, Kyle Lee and Mitch Wong, with Lee producing it. Singles released from the "Believe For It" album include "Never Lost" in 2020, the title track in 2021, and "I've Got Joy" and "Goodness of God" in 2022. There are three versions of the single, the live version that is over 8 minutes long, the studio single that is over three minutes, and the duet with Lauren Daigle over five minutes long.

"They (the audience) sang through the whole thing and it was beautiful," she said honestly about the tour thus far. "They were very diverse...from different backgrounds...and ages. Music meets them where they are."

The first-leg of the "Believe for It" Tour started in September 2022 and went to 25 cities, which was her first tour in 10 years. The 15 track album sold almost ½ a million in the first week and has received over 34 million streams. The deluxe version, released April 1, 2022, offers 19 tracks. Chaz Corzine, Greg Ham, and Cece executive produced the project. Elicia Brown, Mark Gutierrez, Madelyn Howze, and Chaunda Jefferson provided background vocals. Musicians include Nathan Dugger on acoustic guitar, Tyrone Jackson on guitar, Casey Moore on guitar, Thomas Hardin, Jr. on Hammond B5, Marcus Hill on drums, Jacob Lowery on bass, and Dwan Hill on piano.

The second-leg of the "Believe For It" Tour has 15 stops that start March 9th in Jacksonville, Florida, then it visits Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Hampton, Virginia; Birmingham, Alabama; two different cities in North Carolina; then it arrives in Grand Rapids Michigan, Columbus, Ohio; York, Pennsylvania; two cities in Texas; Jackson, Mississippi; Louisville, Kentucky, and ends the tour May 4th in Memphis, Tennessee.

CeCe is considered the best-selling and most-awarded female Gospel artist of all time. Aside from her 15 Grammy wins, Winans-Love has garnered 31 Grammy nominations, 23 GMA Dove Awards and 15 Stellar Awards. The "Believe For It" Tour is a Transparent Production.
